Deloitte partnered with SCADpro to explore innovative solutions for improving passenger flow and accessibility at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Rather than refining existing systems, the project encouraged multidisciplinary teams to develop fresh perspectives that could inspire future airport experiences.
My Role
As Visual Design Director, I led the visual development across both illustration and motion design. I translated research findings and proposed service improvements into clear visual narratives, creating illustrations that made complex ideas accessible and engaging. I also directed the motion team's storytelling, developing the storyboard, defining the overall visual direction, coordinating designers from different disciplines, and contributing to animation production.User Journey
