Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is one of the busiest aviation hubs in the world, however it also faces numerous issues and challenges. To address these problems and improve passenger experience and operational efficiency, Deloitte, as a leading global professional services firm, offers a range of viable solutions.
As the Visual Design Director for this project, I led a team of 3 designers and 4 motion designers. Our key deliverables included the visual representation of abstract concepts, the visualization of user archetypes and experience flows, the creation of visual assets needed for client presentations.
